Fix the posix spwan error
...
- make the 'otapackage` target instead of bacon
- rename the ROM zip file from "lineage_$codename-ota-eng.root.zip"
to the expected "lineage-$los_ver-$builddate-$RELEASE_TYPE-$codename.zip"
