Rik Shaw 0a5285a8e3 Merge pull request #910 from lineageos4microg/ota-v2-api

OTA api/v2 support. Tested with 23.2 builds (they successfully use the `/api/v2` format and are able to install OTA updates) and 22.2 builds (they successfully use the `/api/v1` format and are able to install OTA updates)

FYI, here again are the different formats:
