* add hadolint Dockerfile linter step
* update Dockerfile to implement hadolint suggestions (cbp)
* switch to immawanderer/drone-kaniko as the kaniko flavour of choice

  broadly described in

This repository provides the Dockerfile to create a Docker image used to run robot framework tests.
