The commit d99b4b0de27a ("gitk: Accelerators for the main menu")
modified the menu item strings with the accelerator, but the
translations didn't follow, thus the menus are shown without
translations.
This patch systematically update the msgid keys just to follow this
change. The contents aren't changed, so the accelerator won't work in
these locales for now. Each locale translator needs to add proper
acceleration keys appropriately.

The script file uses utf-8 encoding but when sourced it will be read
using the default system encoding which is never utf8 on windows.
This causes the copyright symbol to display incorrectly in the about
dialog. Using the unicode escape sequence avoids incorrect decoding
but does require a double escape in the .po files.
Also adjusted the year range.

There were the two strings "SHA1 ID: " and "SHA1 ID:" as description
for the SHA1 search textbox. Change it to two equal strings, the
space is now outside of the translated string.
Furthermore the German translation wasn't unique, but "SHA1:" resp.
"SHA1-Hashwert:". The former was displayed after initialisation, the
latter after changes to the textbox, for example when clearing the text.
But it was too long to be displayed fully, so use a shorter translation.

This is the result of running make update-po and removing or fixing
the strings that were fuzzily matched. The ones that were fixed were
the ones where the only change was "git rev-list" to "git log", and
the "about gitk" message where the copyright year got updated.
To get xgettext to see the menu labels as needing translation, it
was necessary for arrange for them to be preceded by "mc". This
therefore changes makemenu to ignore the first element in each
menu item so that it can be "mc" in the makemenu call.
