Sven-Hendrik Haase 8deb7c7b2e gitlab: Increase puma per_worker_max_memory_mb to 2000 ...

I observed our workers getting killed a lot in application_json.log.
GitLab have their own chapter on exactly this: https://docs.gitlab.com/administration/operations/puma/#tuning-memory-use.
I picked the value by observing puma rss after ome time of it running. Our puma processes seem to sit at around 1800 MBs for us so this should be a safe value.
