Merge branch 'pw/add-p-single-key'

Finishing touches to C rewrite of "git add -i" in single-key
interactive mode.

* pw/add-p-single-key:
  terminal: restore settings on SIGTSTP
  terminal: work around macos poll() bug
  terminal: don't assume stdin is /dev/tty
  terminal: use flags for save_term()
