Merge branch 'ds/maintenance-pack-refs'

"git maintenance" tool learned a new "pack-refs" maintenance task.

* ds/maintenance-pack-refs:
  maintenance: incremental strategy runs pack-refs weekly
  maintenance: add pack-refs task
