Merge branch 'js/mingw-getcwd'

Browse Source 
The way the Windows port figures out the current directory has been
improved.

* js/mingw-getcwd:
  mingw: fix getcwd when the parent directory cannot be queried
  mingw: ensure `getcwd()` reports the correct case
