Merge branch 'cb/many-alternate-optim-fixup'

Build fix.

* cb/many-alternate-optim-fixup:
  object-file: use unsigned arithmetic with bit mask
  object-store: avoid extra ';' from KHASH_INIT
  oidtree: avoid nested struct oidtree_node
