Merge branch 'pk/rebase-in-c'

Rewrite of the "rebase" machinery in C.

* pk/rebase-in-c:
  builtin/rebase: support running "git rebase <upstream>"
  rebase: refactor common shell functions into their own file
  rebase: start implementing it as a builtin
