Merge branch 'jk/maint-status-porcelain-z-b' into HEAD

* jk/maint-status-porcelain-z-b:
  status: respect "-b" for porcelain format
  status: fix null termination with "-b"
  status: refactor null_termination option
  commit: refactor option parsing
