Merge branch 'jc/maint-reflog-bad-timestamp'

* jc/maint-reflog-bad-timestamp:
  t0101: use a fixed timestamp when searching in the reflog
  Update @{bogus.timestamp} fix not to die()
  approxidate_careful() reports errorneous date string
