Merge branch 'ds/reachable'

Recent update broke the reachability algorithm when refs (e.g.
tags) that point at objects that are not commit were involved,
which has been fixed.

* ds/reachable:
  commit-reach: fix memory and flag leaks
  commit-reach: properly peel tags
