Merge branch 'js/rebase-deprecate-preserve-merges' 

"git rebase --preserve-merges" has been marked as deprecated; this
release stops advertising it in the "git rebase -h" output.

* js/rebase-deprecate-preserve-merges:
  rebase: hide --preserve-merges option
