This improves the error message when unable to access ~/.cache as
reported by Jonathan Brielmaier <jonathan.brielmaier@web.de> in
<https://bugs.gnu.org/42859>.

* guix/scripts/lint.scm (guix-lint): Wrap body in 'with-error-handling'.
