git: 'commit-difference' really excludes the ancestors of #:excluded.
* guix/git.scm (commit-difference): Initialize VISITED to the closure of
OLD and EXCLUDED, as written in the docstring.
* tests/git.scm ("commit-difference, excluded commits"): Adjust
accordingly.
