monads: 'foldm', 'mapm', and 'anym' now take a list of regular values.

* guix/monads.scm (foldm, mapm, anym): Change to take a list of regular
  values as is customary.
* tests/monads.scm ("mapm", "anym"): Adjust accordingly.
