gnu: cmake-bootstrap: Use $SSL_CERT_DIR/$SSL_CERT_FILE.

* gnu/packages/cmake.scm (cmake-bootstrap)[native-search-paths]: Use the
$SSL_CERT_DIR/$SSL_CERT_FILE from (guix search-paths) instead of a local copy.
