[configure-flags]: Remove argument.
[glib-or-gtk?]: New argument.
[phases]{patch-/bin/true}: Delete phase.
{patch-build-system}: New phase.
[native-inputs]: Delete labels and sort.  Replace intltool with
gettext-minimal.  Add python.
[inputs]: Sort.  Add gnome-shell and nautilus.
