Describe the feature

The physical size of downstream instructions can be optimized by using copression i.e compressing the downstream instructions as category_package_version.tar.xz for zernit to process on runtime.

This should be an optional feature in case end-user wants to use it assuming that compressing packages for testing would take a long time.

We should also make it possible to set this per package

  • In case end-user who prefers archives wants to contribute
