In https://github.com/RXT0112/Zernit/pull/37 contributor made a following commit https://github.com/Uniminin/Zernit/commit/a72e502cc30354b9b36afbb625568724da73fe89 which creates a new makefile in the project when the project already has a makefile that would handle this.

We need a test for this that checks the new commits for this behavior.
