Describe the feature

Distributions alike OpenSUSE has a web UI for packages https://software.opensuse.org/package/nano that makes it convinient to press a button that is using https://software.opensuse.org/ymp/openSUSE:Leap:15.2/standard/nano.ymp?base=openSUSE%3ALeap%3A15.2&query=nano to trigger zipper to install the package.

Additional context

Our package manager is expected to be hardened so end-user should have the option to disable this behavior

We should also make sure that this cannot be abused.
