All software should be written to as close to perfection as possible, to achieve this it should be peer-reviewed by at least three independent parties.

Reviewers should be required to sign themself at the header of the file to be contacted in case they missed something to ensure the code quality.

  • Reviewers are not expected to be legally responsible for missing something unless they provide this service for profit.

Reviewers should also have a file attached with their review to establish their qualification for the peer-review.
