Describe the feature

Each package should have a README file with useful informations about the package and ideally interactive interactive dependency graph to be used for a reference.

Expected behavior

Allow more efficient diagnostics and support.

Additional context

Sprotty https://github.com/eclipse/sprotty seems to be a great candidate for this since it's able to generate graphs based on programmed input which could be adapted in package manager to be auto-generated from the database.
