As of 17/11/2021 the GNU Guix's installer is forcing gdm3 as the session manager without any option for the user to influence that configuration (other than editing the generated config.scm file) which may cause a failure on deployment[https://issues.guix.gnu.org/51813]

This issue tracks implementation in the installer to add this option in a user-friendly way.
