write docs on how to add our renovate-bot to your repo, which basically entails:

adding renovate-bot as a collaborator to the repo of choice
adding a renovate.json configuration file

renovate-bot is (atm) set to run multiple times an hour, so any changes should be picked up pretty swiftly.
