Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
I am contribution to, working and using FLOSS for ~14 years with the knowledge that Russia uses Linux and Free Software in pretty much everything so I am convinced that code that i wrote was used to help russians in the invasion of ukraine.. I feel sick and guilty because of it and i want to do anything possible to prevent such use in the future to not feel like i have a blood on my hands.
Thus proposing here to:
2.1. Russian IPs
2.2. Onion users
2.3. VPNs
2.4. Proxies
To prevent russians from using my code in the future

Exploring the option to distribute onion keys so that only selected people have access to the service
One option is to provide a private V3 onion service and then distribute keys to trusted users

... i don't find that being a sustainable as it would need a lot of management though
Short answer: No.
Long answer: You are more than welcome to pack up and move your stuff anywhere else.
while I indeed am a vocal 'FCKPTN' (I say 'FUCK YOU, PUTIN!' every day before breakfast.) team member, blocking russian IPs is not really feasible here, nor is it a solution to your problem, really.
to aid you with this, perhaps don't license your software as 'free software' (or 'open source') in the future, instead pick a license, which allows you to forbid certain parties from using it based on arbitrary criteria that you make up ad hoc (I kid you not, such licenses do exist). I also have to note that I believe this is quite contrary to the principles and ideas of 'free software', that grants the 4 freedoms and stuff to precisely anybody and everybody, including the fuckhead likes of Putin. if you don't like that @kreyren, you should not be using such licenses for your code.
to conclude and just to be perfectly clear about where my option lies, go 🇺🇦 Ukraine 🇺🇦!
p.s. somebody once said "pics or it didn't happen"

Giving my software to fascistic war criminal is not helping my neighbour, it's killing them
no, but I suggest you go argue with the FSF about that...
Proposing using the #StandWithUkraine used by Volodymir Zelenskyy
yeah, I am no longer a hashtag lover, so I vote we go with what's already there.

Trying to do more to support ukraine and cripple russian's infra
perhaps don't go about discussing the minutiae in public places like this..., also, I believe they'll rot in hell without your help.
