The idea is that you could have 4 batteries where 2 are in the device and 2 are on an external charger, when the batteries in the device are deplated you can then hot-swap them without turning off the device.

19<A> KREYREN_oftc: the AXP803 can limit its "ACIN" current in register 0x3a, from 1.5A to 4.0A, in step of 0.5A
18<A18> default seems to be 1.5A, and I don't think any firmware component or the kernel ever set this register atm
