make_rootfs.sh: Fix symlink to /etc/resolv.conf

Resolve failure in name resolution for Ubuntu images.
Create a symbolic link of /etc/resolv.conf that points to:
/run/systemd/resolve/stub-resolv.conf /etc/resolv.conf
